She has assured me they will put a note on my file, not to allocate this garage to me on my request. She followed up everything she said she would and contacted me when she said she would. From initial online booking (cambelt,waterpump replacement) to car being picked-up and returned it was a great no fuss experience. Happy.

It is so much easier being at home and having the car collected and dropped off at my convenience. Prices were also competitive.
