Picked up car and communications was on point, and dropped off car within same day. Price for MOT was decent amount. Hoping the service stays good, as any new Buissness usually starts off good, then over reaches and service and performance goes badly as Buissness grows. It is a good service, car is collected on time, and delivered back on time or earlier. Any issues they find, they message you to see what you want to do. I was a bit surprised to hear from the driver that he doesn’t receive any tips. I had left £5 tip when I booked my car in, which they said goes to the driver. This is why I have deducted a star from the rating. I did mention this when they asked for feedback, but I’m yet to receive a response.
