Citroen C4 front shock absorber replacement

I really enjoyed using Fixter. I’d never heard of them until I realised I needed to book an MOT last minute. Easy booking system. Kept me updated with emails and texts thought out the day and when I needed further work doing it was just a click of a button to agree. The only reason I give 4 stars is because my car was 40 mins late back and I wasn’t able to get hold of anyone to find out what was happening. Other than that I will definitely use them again and would recommend them.

The ease of booking is great. Communication before collection was spot-on. For me, I was expecting a call as to when the driver was returning my vehicle, especially after an email to say car was done and they were awaiting a driver. I had no call and the driver arrived at a most inconvenient time.

Excellent service from the time my car was collected, keeping me informed of any issues and returning my car. Honest and reliable and no nasty surprises with regards to charges. I would recommend and would use again

Fixter were helpful, though there were delays caused by Christmas/New Year. The problem with my vehicle was complicated and took time to resolve. Apart from during the holidays I was kept well informed. I would recommend the service.

The garage carried out a full service along with an Mot..car was collected on time as agreed, driver was courteous and friendly. Would use again.

Really efficient and good value service that I would definitely use again. The only reason I'm not giving 5* is because they have changed all my radio presets!
