Car pick up was quick and easy and I was kept updated with progress from the garage during the MOT. Returned on time. Patrick the driver arrived 3 minutes early. I liked the text messages which updated me on my car's progress. It was returned by Patrick at the delivery time. No surprises, no hassle.
