Firstly the good points, very quick to respond, very good idea to get a garage to quickly sort your car instead of having to ring around everywhere. Now, this is a bit of a thing. The price quoted was far too cheap, I knew it and so did the garage, so an extra charge wasn't a suprise to me but it might be to some. Better to be straight up with a quote than for customers to get a nasty suprise later. But overall a great idea that saves a lot of time and effort

Very timely and your staff was very friendly and considerate. I only wish there is a form of identification so clients don’t worry afterwards if they’ve given their car to the wrong person. Just for reassurance. Thank you for a great and quick service.
