I really enjoyed using Fixter. I’d never heard of them until I realised I needed to book an MOT last minute. Easy booking system. Kept me updated with emails and texts thought out the day and when I needed further work doing it was just a click of a button to agree. The only reason I give 4 stars is because my car was 40 mins late back and I wasn’t able to get hold of anyone to find out what was happening. Other than that I will definitely use them again and would recommend them.

Excellent service as always, kept fully informed of all issues and how much the work was going to cost. Vehicle collected and returned within the timescale quoted and if any delays you receive a call letting you know new collection/delivery time.

Fixter were helpful, though there were delays caused by Christmas/New Year. The problem with my vehicle was complicated and took time to resolve. Apart from during the holidays I was kept well informed. I would recommend the service.

Quick, convenient and easy access online, As a single older woman. I felt very reassured with the whole process and would recommend to other woman. Staff are helpful and friendly and very supportive with any queries I had. Very fair quotes and pricing. Very happy overall.

Very good friendly service. Good communication and reliable. Spoke through everything before agreeing to any additional work. The only issue I have is that the car is not cleaned as part of the service. When I used other services or garages they always return the car looking nice and shiny. Lost a star for that.

The garage carried out a full service along with an Mot..car was collected on time as agreed, driver was courteous and friendly. Would use again.

Well I think that it felt like the staff was on my side when it came to sticky situations with the contractor.
