Very straightforward process for booking. On the day, the mechanic phoned to say he was on his way at the prearranged time. Was kept informed throughout the day and the car was returned, again, at the prearranged time. Can’t fault Fixter or the garage. It would have been 5 stars but I asked for them to look at a problem and they didn’t. Not sure if they couldn’t fix it or they just forgot, as nothing was said. However, the service was excellent with regards to the pick up, MOT and delivery back. Saved me a lot of hassle, so very good value. The guy that picked up the car was also very friendly, polite and professional.
