I was slightly annoyed that they let me book an appointment for 2 days time, then immediately cancelled and offered a booking in 3 weeks. However, this was over the Xmas period and better than other local garages. One the actually day I was really happy with their communication and customer service. I will definitely be using again and recommending. I loved the clear pricing structure

I was using Fixter for an MOT/service on my car. I was kept informed about the date/time of the pick up. Having the car picked up and brought back is a bonus. I was kept informed about the MOT and if any extra work was required. Nothing was done without my OK. Great service and friendly.
