Booked an MOT, friendly and polite driver knocked on my door at the agreed time (Fixter emailed me to reschedule and moved the pickup a couple of hours later than I had booked but that wasn't a problem for me; and the drop-off time was unchanged), drove away and turned up a few hours later handing me my key an an MOT certificate. Done.

Clear, transparent pricing. Good communication & updates throughout the entire process. Driver was friendly but professional- really made an effort to make things easy for me.

The experience was very seamless. Price was ok and it took off the stress of looking, and driving. My car was picked up and returned. Would use them again.

I had no issues with the whole process. The timings of the collection of my car was a little concern as I had it planned to be collected at a certain time, but got changed the night before. Generally keeping me informed on my car was good. I will use them again.
