She has assured me they will put a note on my file, not to allocate this garage to me on my request. She followed up everything she said she would and contacted me when she said she would. Great price for my bundle (MOT & Service). They picked my car up and brought it back the same day; the guy who did this gave great service and was happy to answer any Qs I had. Overall this process was made easy using Fixter and I absolutely would use again and recommend to others.
