Excellent customer service I had a problem with the garage that was allocated to me, but Megan sorted it and gave me a full explanation of the problem, after speaking to the garage in question. She has assured me they will put a note on my file, not to allocate this garage to me on my request. She followed up everything she said she would and contacted me when she said she would. Well done Megan, excellent customer service.

I've used fixter a couple of times now and they've collected my car and got the work done in the time and at the price agreed. No issues with them so far. Give them a try for yourself. Maybe start with a small job to test the waters. Thanks Fixter. Car has fresh brake discs and pads which give me peace of mind.

Easy to organise, pay and deal with them. Car ended up being picked up and dropped off at different times than they said, not a big deal but would be annoying if I'd needed the car.
