The money is not taken until the job is done. The couriers picking up and dropping off the car were great, polite, professional - there is an option to tip when you book the job, not compulsory but we tipped £5 as the garage was about 30 minutes away for them to drive over to us. Extremely convenient service, we will definitely use Fixter again.
