I had no issues with the whole process. The timings of the collection of my car was a little concern as I had it planned to be collected at a certain time, but got changed the night before. Generally keeping me informed on my car was good. I will use them again.

I needed an emergency repair service and MOT, I was away, Fixter arranged the whole thing remotely, collected and delivered the car, provided a seamless service, reasonable fixed prices agreed up front, great communication at every stage. A fast and friendly service. The driver was on time and courteous and the MOT price reasonable. The repairs quote was a little high, being the only reason for 4 stars not 5.

Booked an MOT, friendly and polite driver knocked on my door at the agreed time (Fixter emailed me to reschedule and moved the pickup a couple of hours later than I had booked but that wasn't a problem for me; and the drop-off time was unchanged), drove away and turned up a few hours later handing me my key an an MOT certificate. Done.

Communicative, reliable, cost efficient! I will definitely use Fixter again.
