I was late in organising my MOT. My normal garage was closed for September weekend. I searched online and found Fixter. Was so easy to book through, they found a garage near me and organised my car to be picked up from my home the next day and dropped back off at my door. Amazing service. So convenient. I will 100% be using this service again. I also got a £10 off code to share with family/friends to use the service. Would definitely recommend!

Fixed my problem at a reasonable rate.

Booked an MOT, friendly and polite driver knocked on my door at the agreed time (Fixter emailed me to reschedule and moved the pickup a couple of hours later than I had booked but that wasn't a problem for me; and the drop-off time was unchanged), drove away and turned up a few hours later handing me my key an an MOT certificate. Done.

I had no issues with the whole process. The timings of the collection of my car was a little concern as I had it planned to be collected at a certain time, but got changed the night before. Generally keeping me informed on my car was good. I will use them again.

Nice experience received a call when they where on way to collect car I then went about my day received an email saying car failed clicked on link (failed brake light bulb absolutely kicking myself normally check all bulbs first) agreed to price on them fixing it (£16.50 for a bloody bulb 😭 lesson learnt) but all in all good experience

I found the website after google searching and once I booked the service; communication and the work on my car were completed with no issues. The garage was local to me and the service was prompt at a much cheaper price than the manufacturer.
