This was my first experience with Fixter. They were so helpful, and explained exactly what was going to happen, at what time and where. My car was picked up when they said, the driver very polite and answered all my questions, (I was a little nervous handing over my car keys to a total stranger) but I got text messages through out the day saying it arrived at the garage and what needed to be done. I was just getting an MOT but they did tell me what was needed to pass the MOT and what could wait to be fixed at a later date. Once agreed on what was needed to pass MOT, I paid and the car was delivered back on the appointed time with the MOT certificate. This was easy, efficient, no time wasting, and lovely staff to deal with. I'll be using Fixter again, and again...

Picked up my car from home, fixed it, and returned to my home ready for use.No fuss, all done within several hours.I would highly recommend Fixter to anyone.

Great service, able to get through on the telephone easily to Fixter. For us elderly drivers having our car collected and returned on time was great . Pricing was excellent as well

Very good excellent communication

Very punctual and very efficient. Phoned me 30 minutes before they collected my car and gave me a 1 hour slot for the return. Perfect

Service from booking to pick up to delivery is smooth and efficient. Avoids so many of the dramas of taking a car to the garage by someone else doing it for you.
