Very convenient service and good value for money. Very hard to find a garage that can collect your car and delivery it back to you for free. Absolutely love this concept and the garage in Bradford they selected, Niche Motors, provided me with great service from start to finish. The service didn't finish the same day as estimated but it was ready for midday the next day. Definitely will be using Fixter again and recommending it.

Update: following the review, Fixter reached out and confirmed that the oil was indeed changed.
Original review:
I booked an oil change at a local garage. The vehicle pick up process was seamless, the driver was there on time, I handed over and confirmed the services to be performed, I have also given the service book for the oil change to be recorded.
The driver called me several hours later to confirm the drop off and arrived as agreed. To my surprise, he handed me a new MOT certificate (that was not overdue and I have not ordered) and the service book without any new entries.
I contacted customer service requesting the proof of work that I ordered being done (confirmation of the oil change from the garage) and while the customer service agent was very helpful, I have never received it. So I don't know what work (apart from the MOT that I hadn't ordered) was actually done and I will need to do it again, defeating the purpose of the entire undertaking. I am going to ask for a refund either from Fixter or credit card provider.
