The ease of booking is great. Communication before collection was spot-on. For me, I was expecting a call as to when the driver was returning my vehicle, especially after an email to say car was done and they were awaiting a driver. I had no call and the driver arrived at a most inconvenient time.

The only issue I have is that the car is not cleaned as part of the service. When I used other services or garages they always return the car looking nice and shiny. Lost a star for that.
