Some of my contacts were very helpful, others less so. The car pickup, repairs and delivery went very well except that you had my house number wrong on the job details. I noticed this and sent you an email but it wasn't corrected for the delivery. I later tried to correct the number but neither I nor your helpdesk was able to do so - I was told I would have to raise it for my next booking.

Seamless service. High quality work. So much cheaper than the BMW garage for the same work. Would thoroughly recommend.
