Pick-up and delivery was fine ver pleasant man. There was some extra work carried which was fine I don’t give 5 sears because they failed to pump up my tires which I consider part of the service. The excuse was the didn’t have the equipment which now worries me as I would have thought that was an essential piece of equipment

Great service. Kept updates throughout the process from picking my car at home, fixing it for a couple of days, to dropping it to my work place. With the delay in repairs I got an Uber voucher from there which was thoughtful. I have 4 stars because it’s pricy, but it’s worth it if you don’t like stress! Thank you Fixter. All arrangements were great. Our car was picked up and later dropped back as expected. The only concern is that the garage failed the MOT because of apparent windscreen washer not working, a surprise to me as I regularly use the washer and it always worked. They charged me £30 to rectify! I had no choice but to pay. However, the right hand washer has been misadjusted, and now it does not aim at the driver’s side of the windscreen! Very disappointing that they didn’t bother to check it. Is this a way for the garage to earn easy money?
