The only thing I was a little concerned about was that I had no paperwork to say that my car had been picked up, although they did notify me that it had arrived safely. Service was good and my car was collected, fixed and returned promptly. Definitely low hassle and I think competitively priced. Communication was good throughout. It was a little disconcerting to hand my car keys over to someone without any ID being offered, proof of collection been given or an inspection of my vehicle, and it would have been nice to get some feedback from the garage on the work that was done.
