I've used Fixter a couple times now. Each time it's super easy to book your car in at a time that suits. Also having car pick up & drop off is extremely convenient. Good referral programme also to help build up credits to keep the next service cheaper. Would highly recommend!

It is a good service, car is collected on time, and delivered back on time or earlier. Any issues they find, they message you to see what you want to do. I was a bit surprised to hear from the driver that he doesn’t receive any tips. I had left £5 tip when I booked my car in, which they said goes to the driver. This is why I have deducted a star from the rating. I did mention this when they asked for feedback, but I’m yet to receive a response.

This is the second time I've used fixter, very convenient. The only negative comment would be my car was picked up late but that was due to illness, however it came back the same day.

Appreciated the collection and return of my vehicle. Just a pity it cost so much to pass the m.o.t. its only worth less than that. However the communication between the garage and myself was good.
