This is a great business model. I have had the service and MOT done by two different garages and it was spot on on both occasions. As a busy professional and a parent I appreciate this service exists so I don't have to take a day off for it. Garages are prompt and communicative throughout the day. There is an option to get things fixed and pay for it straight away.

Second time booking with fixter, they actually sent me an email reminder about when my mot was due which was helpful. I also had a credit from my last booking with them though it wasn’t easy to tell whether it applied or not but other than that they booked me with a lovely garage who picked up and returned the car from my home. Car passed the MOT and everything went smoothly.

Efficient and pleasant experience. Kept me informed about progress. Provides collect and deliver service at no extra cost. Uses one of the best-rated garages in Edinburgh.

Overall the experience was good. The only down side was not having an direct contact with the garage doing the work, which meant it was difficult to get a return time for my vehicle.

This is the second year in a row I have used this service. There was a last minute change on their side on pick up time, which affected me being late for work. other than that it was efficient and the drivers were great.

Having the car collected and delivered is very helpful. The service didn’t seem like an opportunity to charge me for things I don’t really need.

It would have been 5 stars but I asked for them to look at a problem and they didn’t. Not sure if they couldn’t fix it or they just forgot, as nothing was said. However, the service was excellent with regards to the pick up, MOT and delivery back. Saved me a lot of hassle, so very good value. The guy that picked up the car was also very friendly, polite and professional.

Very efficient and on time. Easy to track where the car was and what needed to be done.
