Needed to book an MOT at very short notice. Came across Fixter for the first time and really appreciated the pick up service offered for the car. However Fixter were very prompt in keeping me updated at every stage of this process by text, email and phone, not proceeding with any work without my go ahead. Their customer care personnel were very responsive over phone, with next to no waiting times and very promptly picking up my case with little prompting on my part. Though it took 2 days longer than I expected, when the car was duly returned to me, I have to admit I was left ruing why I didn't get these changes done earlier as it feels like a totally different car - for the better!
Overall a very satisfactory first time using the platform. They were communicative, chose a reliable garage that have done an evidently good job, and it seems at a cursory glance offered a competitive price for all the various works done.
