I do like the ease of using the platform, it really is very convenient, just would have appreciated a response by customer service.

Super easy. Book online and car is collected. There was some additional work needed on my car and everything is communicated online along with if you wish to go ahead. Car was returned at the end of the day all fixed. Hassle free, good comms and clear explanation of work and cost.
