Prompt response and efficient despatch on the day. I would have given five stars but for failure to notify me of delay in returning the car until asked.

It would have been 5 stars but I asked for them to look at a problem and they didn’t. Not sure if they couldn’t fix it or they just forgot, as nothing was said. However, the service was excellent with regards to the pick up, MOT and delivery back. Saved me a lot of hassle, so very good value. The guy that picked up the car was also very friendly, polite and professional.

Second time booking with fixter, they actually sent me an email reminder about when my mot was due which was helpful. I also had a credit from my last booking with them though it wasn’t easy to tell whether it applied or not but other than that they booked me with a lovely garage who picked up and returned the car from my home. Car passed the MOT and everything went smoothly.

Thank you for your service. I have a car diagonal to change the clutch but I did not go ahead as I decided to trade I in my car to purchase a new car. The service was very good . I would recommend your website to my friends. Thanks
