This is a great business model. I have had the service and MOT done by two different garages and it was spot on on both occasions. As a busy professional and a parent I appreciate this service exists so I don't have to take a day off for it. Garages are prompt and communicative throughout the day. Second time booking with fixter, they actually sent me an email reminder about when my mot was due which was helpful. I also had a credit from my last booking with them though it wasn’t easy to tell whether it applied or not but other than that they booked me with a lovely garage who picked up and returned the car from my home. Car passed the MOT and everything went smoothly.

On time for my mot back in a hour

Having the car collected and delivered is very helpful. The service didn’t seem like an opportunity to charge me for things I don’t really need.
