Was smooth from start to finish. Got pickup and delivery of my car. I wish the Car MOT had cleared but when it didn't I got a quote to repair and I paid and got it done. Got the car same day.

Can't get more convenient than someone turning up, taking the car from the house for it's service and MOT and returning it a few hours later. No having to drive to a garage (often miles from anywhere or in the middle of an industrial estate), hanging around waiting, dealing with salespeople & receptionists, just book the service and pickup/drop off time online, make sure you're in when they come to collect the car and several hours later it's sat back outside the house whilst you've been busy getting on with your day. The garage did call me the night before to remind me I had my service and other than handing over the keys that's the only interaction I had with a real person. The price was reasonable too (compared to a main dealer), they do offer add-ons that can soon add up (premium oil change, deluxe MOT, etc.) but that's your choice and it's up to you if you don't fancy paying extra.

It was a smooth and easy process, they kept me updated the whole time my car was with them. Pick up, repairs, and drop off done in one day. Would definitely recommend.

My son recommended Fixter. Jim collected my car and he was polite and friendly, and clearly explained his role. There was clear communication from before my car was picked up right up to the time it was returned back to me. Absolutely fantastic service. Good communication before my car was collected and regular text updates during the MOT process. Car returned within the timings provided. Fixter agent who collected and dropped off the car was very helpful and efficient. I would definitely recommend this service.
