From the very first phone call, they were ready to take my car in for diagnostics on the same day. We went for a drive, identified some faults, and they clearly explained the next steps if I chose to work with them. Throughout the process, I received consistent updates, and by the following day, my car felt better than new. They also identified additional issues I hadn't noticed, and I plan to return for more work—not just because of the respect and kindness I was shown, but for the transparency and clarity in explaining every detail of the service. A 10/10 experience.
08 mini. Great service and advice, prioritising urgent works over minor works to allow me to control my budget. Communication was outstanding with lots of updates. Very approachable team and overall very welcoming. Would highly recommend.
Fantastic service. Notified me before doing anything on the car with exact prices. Kept me updated throughout the process, sent pictures of the car being worked on for each part changed. Professional and they clearly have a passion for cars. Had my Audi for over 8 years, first time using them and it's the first time my car has run this smoothly
I came here after being recommended the service by a work colleague. I received amazing service. They were able to accommodate what others mechanics couldn’t. Upon collection they gave me some great knowledge, and let me know what to keep an eye out for. On a side note, I was able to appreciate some of their other work. Some looked custom and some looked like restoration work. I feel like I can go back with whatever and be looked after. Seriously, I had a proper headache with a problem that was turned around by these guys.
I've been told not to waste time going to anyone else other than yaash Motors. The person who recommended them is also a car enthusiast who has a couple gti's himself. I'm glad I listened. The level of professionalism is unmatched. As the saying goes, you never get a second chance to make a first impression. The minuet I drove Into the yard I knew I was at the right place. Germans everywhere. Big thanks to the team for the quick turnaround. Will be back for sure.
