from 47 reviews on GoogleWhile driving on the M1 at 60mph towing a caravan the clutch suddenly lost its ability to move from neutral. Had to coast from lane 3 to lane 1. This was a new clutch fitted in December. The original fitter asked that I try to have the system flushed at a local garage in case there was air in the system. I found WAC on Google maps and read their reviews. They took my vehicle in at a moments notice and did exactly what I asked. They were very professional, very organised and extremely knowledgeable about vehicle systems. Would recommend them every day and will use them again if I'm in the area and need their services. Lovely customer serivce. Had issues while travelling to wgc for New Years. WAC fit me in the next day while other garages were saying end of month. My car ended up not being worth saving, WAC made sure I knew all my possible options so I could make a decision about what I wanted to do. Communication was clear and easy throughout the whole process. Affordable prices, accurate to initial quote. Had some issues with garages talking down to me in the past but had a lovely experience with WAC. Treated me with respect the entire time. Definitely my new garage for when I'm in WGC.
Contacted WAC about my car making a clunking noise, and they very kindly fit me in the next day to take a look and check if there was anything obviously wrong. There wasn't. Something else cropped up though, partly due to my mistake and partly due to engine design, and thankfully they were able to fit me in only a week later (with a workaround so I could still use my car). They were kind, friendly, and actually explained to me properly what the issue was. Got my car back as agreed, and it runs so much better - I hadn't even noticed the problem until it was made worse by my idiocy! 😅 Excellent service, fair pricing, can't recommend them enough. Gutted to be moving out of the area shortly, as I would definitely be taking my car back there for service & MOT next year if I could!
