My experience of Vic Young has been very positive. This seems to be a garage operating on integrity and best customer interest. I have told a few people about my experience. I have been take advantage of by garages in the past whose interest was in fast cash, not return customers. I will return to Vic Young. Thank you Calum and Darren. Happy Christmas to you all!
Fantastic service from start to finish. All of the staff at Vic Young were so helpful and welcoming. Darren was fantastic, ensured I was fully informed at all times and discussed a range of different options to suit my needs. The process was so smooth and really quick, with everything being sorted for me leaving me with nothing to worry about. An extremely personal and attentive service, would definitely recommend.
We needed to replace our motorbility car quickly and my husband was thoroughly fed up by the whole process. When he spoke to Sean on the telephone it all changed for the better. They were very soon chatting away like good friends and Sean reassured us he had the perfect car coming available in days. The up front payment was very reasonable for a WAV and everyone we spoke to was very welcoming and friendly. We drove up to collect it as we lived over three hours away - although Sean did offer to deliver it. We were met by a friendly Sean and very soon was driving away in our new car. The whole transaction was very quick, smooth and friendly, yet still professional. We would wholeheartedly recommend this company to others.
Great experience at my first car dealership as a young woman after buying my first runaround privately a few years ago, and wanted my second car to be from this century! Bought a gorgeous 2021 Toyota Aygo with low mileage at a great price after doing lots of research about small reliable cars, and the process was quick, easy and I had all my questions answered about finance, etc. which was new to me. I had heard awful stories about how young girls and women are treated at car dealerships so decided to bring my family along, but was happy when a lovely car sales man, Callum, spoke to me directly instead of the two men I brought along with me! He wasn’t “pushy” at all, but instead gave me the time to have a test drive and make a decision. I put down a holding deposit on Saturday and picked up the car on Wednesday, which came with a year’s MOT and warranty, full tank of petrol and 6 months road tax. I really liked the consistency provided over the few days I was waiting (instead of dealing with lots of different people), and Callum kept me informed throughout the whole process and gave me a ring to inform me that the finance had gone through. Overall, a really great experience and I can see why they have so many 5 star reviews. Thanks again :)
