The staff warmly welcomed us, and as we didn't have an appointment, the first two colleagues who attended to us couldn't dedicate enough time. Later, Mr. Andrew Brown took over and we were fortunate to have met a salesperson who resonated well with us! Andrew was exceptionally friendly and efficiently organized. He provided clear explanations about various car models and arranged for us to explore the cars in the parking area. Since they had a wide range of cars, several colleagues assisted in moving vehicles for us to test drive. They didn't mind the effort, and throughout the process, they provided exceptionally warm service. In the end, the purchase of the car exceeded our expectations and the handover went smoothly. The entire process was stress-free and comfortable. A big thank you to Drivedirect Bury St Edmunds, and special thanks to Mr. Andrew Brown! We not only bought a car but also made friends. Very professional , helpful and customer focused. Andrew Brown was kind and patient with my queries and ensured that all my requirement boxes were ticked before I was handed over the car. The BMW X1 was immaculate and prepared for me just as I would have expected ,before my arrival. I am happy with the car and pleased by the amazing service and assistance Andrew and Drive Motor has provided . Highly experienced and friendly staff! Entire process was smooth ! Highly recommended!!

Found a car I liked via auto trader and got in touch in the morning. Invited down the same day to see and test the vehicle. Very good customer service and didn’t feel pressured into buying any of the additional packages. Danny was great at talking through all the process and a smooth handover of the car! Made purchasing a car easy and enjoyable. Salesman Daniel Howitt was very helpful and not too pushy. The car was ready within a couple of days of purchasing and it had a very nice finish to it also. I've had it a week now and I am very happy with my purchase, I will certainly be returning in the future.
