The customer service is Immaculate. I would 100% recommend this service to everyone. Oh and before I forget, they washed the car. Thanks again. ♥️
I'm so glad my insurance used Steer to fix my van🙂.the service is amazing. They picked up my Ford transit van one day before the new year and dropped it back after 8 days, which I was surprised how fast and professional they fixed all that damage.😳. Really appreciated.
Very impressed with Steer Thurrock. Courtesy car was dropped off at the time they said and mine collected. I was kept updated with progress with my repairs. Repairs were made to perfection and car returned on time. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend them
So so easy to get my car fixed. I had a horrible scratch and dent on the side of my car, that I was dreading getting repaired. Went through my insurance and am so grateful they used Steer. They came and collected my car, dropped off a courtesy car and returned my car in about 2 weeks. I was so surprised at how quickly they repaired everything. Felt like I had a whole new car. Due to the damage and it also being close to Christmas, I was expecting it to take at least a month and for it to be back after the new year. Couldn’t have been happier for it to come back before Christmas! Thank you Steer for everything and making everything so easy. Will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs them. Great customer service too! Could not fault them at all
