Their customer service (especially from Colin on this occasion) is second to none, they really care about their customers (much more than I can say BMW does) and ensure they are kept well informed of the progress with their car and of any new developments as they happen. StarTech don't just swap parts out until a problem is fixed. They have knowledgeable, professional mechanics who perform thorough investigations when you spend a lot of money to determine what the problem is, what the cause is, and check anything else that makes sense to check along the way, they do not take shortcuts or miss things. I was also invited in several times to have a face to face meeting to discuss what's been found, what are the options and also check over evidence, pictures, the actual parts removed and speak to the mechanic directly myself. This makes a huge difference when deciding what to do next. Overall I'm extremely impressed with the service, attention to detail, skill of the workforce and the open communication with me. Great job guys!
I've been going to Startech for around 2 years now since having my Mercedes. 100% guarantee rate that my issues have all been fixed. Very genuine. When a job doesn't need to be done, they will tell you. All with great and professional customer service each time. And a nice add-on, my car is always nice and cleaned as if it were brand new when I come to collect it
Star Tech did a great job on my BMW. They diagnosed and fixed a complex problem that another garage didn't want to deal with. Communication was excellent, at all times I was kept informed of what they were working on, how long it would take and how much it would cost, and the staff were very polite and friendly. Car is now driving beautifully. Highly recommended.
Hi They allowed me to park my faulty car in an emergency at their premises ahead of it’s repair which was kind and phoned me with their findings and repair estimate on 2 occasions to keep me appraised and obtain consent for the work .. which I appreciated. I felt listened too and treated as a valued customer with a sense of them being keen and pleased to have my custom and treated me with dignity ( this is so often not the case ) this is important to me. Knowing they’re going to look after your expensive car is reassuring Free coffee a free vehicle valet and dealing with knowledgable staff made the visit that much more pleasant.. thanks Paul Barnett
