Amazing. The team at SSR go above and beyond to cater to my wants and needs. They have completed the work to the highest standard and have been professional through out. My car looks better than it did new thanks to the hard work of Matt and the team. The only place I’d recommend. Don’t waste your time or money going elsewhere you’ll only end up here for them to fix it after like so many before you.
I took in a scratched motorcycle pannier, the scratches were deep and plentiful. I asked whether the pannier could be made to look better and that I never expected it to look like new. They explained that they would do their best and it would look much better. I was happy with that. Two days later and for a very reasonable price the pannier was repaired. They explained on the telephone that it had came up better than expected. I was totally shocked when I saw the repair - I am not exaggerating when I say that the pannier looked like new! I was over the moon with the result and could not stop smiling. Thank you very much. Oh - I suppose I had better put this bit but it goes without saying. The team are very polite, friendly and professional - you couldn't ask for more from them.
Outstanding service from start to finish! Everything was done very quickly from booking my car in to the work being carried out and completed. I was even given a courtesy car! Nothing was too much trouble. I got my car back in immaculate condition they even gave it a beautiful wash! My car is good as new again! Such a friendly team i would never go anywhere again 10/10 would definitely recommend!!
I would highly recommend Southend Smart Repairs. I had a brand new car that I only had a few days and I damaged the rear passenger side door and the trim and the wheel. I was mortified and I didn’t have a clue how much this would cost and what the process was but Charlie and his team done a great job in reassuring me and talking me through the process. My car was only with them for a week and they provided me with a courtesy car. The work they have done is faultless and I can’t even tell that I damaged it. They even cleaned it for me too! Thank you for all you’ve done, I can now enjoy my new car and know exactly who I’m going to if I ever have this issue in the future, hopefully not!
