The girls are really helpful and very informative about your car. They guy who picked mine up was a lovely fella who made me feel at ease with it being taken. Information sheet given, your kept updated by txt and the duration of the repair. Can't say much for direct Line Motability bit slow and uninformative but this company is great.
I was very happy with how easy it was to book in and visit for the estimation, required no effort at all. Estimator talked through the repair and process. I dropped my car off and the reception team were extremely helpful in letting my hire car be dropped off ahead of time & they kept hold of the keys for me. This saved me a lot of time. I was kept up to date by the garage via email & phone and they even flagged a small oil leak from my engine sump while the mechanic was doing some checks. Thank you for this. I came to pick up my car, having been able to pick the collection day, and I was very impressed with the quality of the alloy wheel refurb and the new body panel. The garage also made the effort of ensuring that the new tyre was a direct replacement of the one I already had (a premium tyre). I can’t tell the difference between how my car was before the damage and how it is now. I am very grateful to the garage for making this all run so smoothly and letting me pick up and drop off the hire car with them to make my life easier. Whenever I visited the garage there was a place for me to park and staff on hand to help me quickly.
