The staff are always very professional and most helpful. Whether it’s been in for an MOT, a service or a repair, they always do a great job. I don’t take my car anywhere else! A big “thank you” to all the guys working there.
Without fail, best mechanics/workshop around. Very polite, very thorough and give you their time to explain things properly. No doubt about the works needed or done and always been completely honest. Will not be going anywhere else after the few times been here now. 5/5 easily. Nice to finally feel safe taking my car and putting my family and myself safety in there hands.
My car's gone into Ray Moss a couple of times now (for different things) in the 6 months I've had it. My grandma recommended the company as she's used them for years and I can definitely see why! They're completely honest about any problems with your car and incredibly transparent when it comes to different solutions and their outcomes. It's my first car, and I've only been driving six months or so, but they explain everything so thoroughly that even I feel like I know what I'm doing! At other places, I've had a few mechanics "fix" problems that weren't even there, but never had that kind of experience here - if there's no problem that can be fixed on the spot, they don't charge you for it. I currently have a problem that would only really have a temporary fix, and they've told me that openly rather than insisting on fixing it to get money from me. Lovely staff, couldn't be more helpful and honest in their work. Really appreciate the kind of people they are. Will definitely continue taking my future cars here. Thank you everyone at Ray Moss!
Honest, helpful and genuine. I took a main dealer ‘health check report’ to Ray Moss having never used their services before. They were honest about the work that needed to be done and advised, in detail, on the rest. Had the parts in stock for same day fitting and MOT.
Really friendly staff and provide an excellent service. I have been coming to Ray Moss for years; they always try and do what they think is best, rather than the most profitable option. Comptetive pricing on repairs and replacement parts. I would highly recommend.
