Absolutely amazing service and lovely people. Took my daughters fiesta in as we had a problem with the boot popping open, they discussed what they may have to do and 3 hrs later I went back to pick it up. They showed me video footage of the work carried out and a breakdown of prices, cannot fault them at all. Will definitely use them again.
Best place around. They have a great team there. They helped explain to me what needed doing to the car, and the mechanics of repairing it. It turned out that it needed less work doing than originally thought, so I ended up with a smaller bill. The price itself was very fair. When picking up the vehicle, they showed me videos of what they had done. This is honestly how every garage should be. A place you can trust.
Personally, I'm only a driver, so I don't understand cars at all... These people have always helped me solve the problem from opening the old hood to changing the wiper blades and oil to changing the tires...🙏 THEY ARE ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP AND ADVISE 👍 I highly recommend them 💯
My car was due for an MOT and service and I usually take it to Kwik Fit but I also had an issue with some warning lights that I knew needed a proper mechanic. I googled and brought my car here on a whim because it was the closest to my house and could fit me in at a good time (VW were quoting an 8 week wait time for a bare bones diagnostic test...) I was initially a little hesitant at the price of the service and MOT as it was more expensive than my usual at Kwik Fit HOWEVER the garage were absolutely amazing and talked me through everything that had to be done and the reasons why I'd been having the warning light issues. If you've ever had your car serviced at Kwik Fit you'll know they add on extra costs by the end such as pollen filters etc- but this was all included here which meant it worked out the same price, if not cheaper including the repair I had done. The team were lovely and I would absolutely bring my car back here if I had any issues. Amazing service, totally fair price, very knowledgable staff!
