From the very start and throughout the repairs I had done I was kept informed of what was happening and we discussed each step of the repair. My car had been stolen and although my tracker successfully recovered the car, the thieves had wrecked the insides trying to disable all telemetric systems. Lexus had declared the vehicle a write-off. Over a period of three weeks the engineers at MC Autos put my car back together, skilfully repairing, not replacing, most of the damaged equipment, thus minimising costs. Their care, communication and attention to detail made an extremely difficult situation into an acceptable one. This garage and their engineers come highly recommended.
A great garage who made a stressful process easy and was transparent throughout. Natalie and the team were helpful from the first call. They assisted in recovering my car from a main dealer and helped me navigate a confusing warranty agreement. They were quick to recognise the issue and fix the problem. Customer service is evidently key to their business and the fact that they contacted a week after fixing the problem to see if everything was alright, was a nice touch.
I was recommended to take my car to MC Autos after a mechanic deemed the cars electrical fault out of their expertise. From my initial conversation with MC Autos I was impressed with their professionalism and customer service. Chloe and Natalie kept me up to date with the ongoing work and cost, via WhatsApp or phone call. I also spoke with Jermaine the technician working on the car, who was able to explain his fault finding method and expected outcomes. A big thanks to him for going above and beyond. Would definitely recommend MC Autos.
Very pleasant garage to deal with - reception are very helpful and as others have commented, it’s a very clean and well run garage. When I initially called to discuss my issue (AC not working), I spoke to a guy who talked me through the different possible issues and ballpark costs to resolve and I was impressed he took that time. There was a minor issue with the car when I collected it which initially wasn’t resolved but Natalie the Service Manager was very quick to put this right when she became aware of it which I’m grateful for. Recommended!
