However, despite the fact that I had already paid the full amount of an alternator repair to KN, they rang me to inform me that it was actually the fuse box that was causing the car not to start as it had blown. They could have taken the money, installed the alternator and then charged for further repair but instead they spent the whole day trying to figure out what the issue was and then only charged me for that repair, which turned out to be cheaper and to my surprise they actually refunded me a percentage of the original price i paid. Kyle was brilliant and kept me informed every day whilst the car was in repair. They then offered to do a full MOT as I was due one and this was done swiftly and delivered back to me at no extra cost. After months of not knowing what was going on with my car and being told incorrect information from many other mechanics (including misinformation from big established companies), I was so relieved and thankful to finally have the issue correctly diagnosed and then repaired so easily with KN. The car was working perfectly when I got it back and I am just so happy that I found this company as every other one has let me down with this. Their customer service was brilliant with great communication, extremely reasonable prices and I genuinely cannot be more thankful with how they handled the whole situation. If you need any sort or repair go with this company! I cannot fault them and will 100% be going back if any other problems arise. Excellent service!
