The actual car repair was excellent and their customer service, once again, was outstanding. An estimate of the work was given by Paul who carefully explained our options and gave us a very fair quote. Bev and Tara in the office made sure we were fully updated and David, who collected and returned our car was professional and friendly. Anthony, the service manager, made sure the car was returned to us very quickly. Our thanks to all the team, highly recommend this company.
I am very pleased with all aspects of my dealing with FCWAshford which is where my insurance company sent my car following an accident. David who both collected and delivered my car was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was helpful in every way. He was professional, courteous and delightful.
Amazing team of professionals. Our car was picked up and dropped off by David. Tara always called in advance to make sure we are home. They proactively informed us about a short delay in parts delivery, so we knew exactly what was happening, which is important. When the car arrived it was spotlessly clean and all fixed.
FCW did a great job and very quickly on my daughters car. David the collection and delivery driver was very courteous and a pleasure to talk to. Great job. Proper company!
From agreeing a schedule dropping off car on way Airport right through to pick up on return to UK the FCW team kept me updated by text on the repair progress Inc dealing with the insurer. Simply said we were told when to pick up vehicle including holding it for us a few days extra until our return flight. The car on return was in perfect condition. As good as it gets frankly .
