I’d had a few issues including a roof leak that were looked at by other garages nearer me and after superficial and costly work the issues recurred. Having spoken with Chris I was impressed by both his depth of knowledge and genuine care with his time even before I’d sent the car in (total battery failure). Each problem I described was explained and his answered were detailed and made sense which is not always true in my experience when dealing with garages. He gave me options on the spectrum of work with costing and I was able to plan both the mechanical work plus roof repairs/actual drain/leaks issues addressed as well as talk about some body work and aesthetic details which the guys were brilliant at sorting. I’ve had the car back for a few weeks now in all weather conditions and it’s been brilliant! It sounds funny but I was so impressed with the transformation I joked with my wife that I wished I had another Porsche to give them to turn around. I’ve already recommended to friends and cannot fault there care and passion over a car which most of us have sacrificed a lot to own. I remain grateful and thank you they were recommended to me and despite the drive for me to get there they are worth it!
Absolutely top drawer. Unlike any car dealer I've ever met - and I've met a few! Informative, not pushy, take your time, John is a dream to deal with and Dave who prepped the car clearly cares about what he does. I went to Eporsch after having been ripped off by another garage. I had a suspected leaking drive shaft on my Cayenne which the previous garage claimed to have fixed? Eporsch were able to show me the extent of the problem (never fixed) with the car on the ramp and gave me a number of options. I like my car and want to keep it so I went for the full repair. I knew it would be expensive but I now have peace of mind and the car seems to drive so much more positively. I am happy to have found a great garage who seem to know what they’re doing. Leaving a review on behalf of my mum who's been in today (Macan with sensor fault). Absolutely brilliant service, in and out next morning after an issue with loads of dashboard warnings coming up. Honest, super friendly and didn't take advantage of what could have been assumed to be a very expensive problem!
I recently bought a Porsche 911 (977 Carrera 4S), privately, and my first sports car. Living near Guildford I searched online as to where to take it for a full inspection, service and repairs and found eporsch. So glad I did - the overall experience was great! So pleased I went to a specialist garage. Roly and Chris were fab, clearly knew their stuff, and good at communicating and advising (things that could wait and didn’t need to be done straightaway, what did need doing and how long and how much it’d cost). I’ll return to them for sure would recommend them.
