An assessor (such a fine gentleman, with a delightful sense of humour) came to look at my car. The whole car, inside and out, was photographed so there was a record of what I left in the car, record of the mileage & gas reading before taking it away. 9 days later I received the call to say u car was ready. The Receptionist was lovely. She answered all my questions. I paid the excess and by the time I received the receipt, my car was waiting for me. Big smile on his face, the driver handed me the car keys. Not only was the job done perfectly, the paint work was top notch, my car was spotless, both inside and out. Definitely recommend this company to those who may require a panel beating service. 10/10.
They collected my vehicle at the right time They were polite and courteous They had the vehicle three days to my surprise, and Repaired the damage, not only the damage reported, but also another part of the vehicle they did as well which was very kind. The drivers that collected and returned my vehicle for repair were friendly, polite and respectful. Everyone that I had contact with were professional, friendly and helpful. The repair was done promptly with regular updates throughout the process and the work done was A* I also loved the fact that I was given the option to opt for eco friendly/ greener repair to be done. This company's values around reducing carbon footprint and their care for customers is great.
Excellent from start to finish. Everyone I dealt with those on the phone to the gentlemen that did the initial review, pick up and drop off where beyond excellent. Just really warm and welcome and friendly and genuine, and all round professional. They explained things well and did a top job on my car. Was all really smooth. Thank you so much!
Professional and friendly service throughout the whole process. Picked up my car. Gave me a rough timescale and provided me with a nice clean courtesy car. Returned my car 2 days ahead of schedule. Work done to a high standard and car returned with a lovely clean in and out. Really impressed. Thank you.
