Called them up early in the morning as I had a fault develop the evening before. They offered for me to come down straight away and leave it with them whilst they would endeavour to look at the car as soon as possible. I received an update by lunchtime with the required repairs and a price which was very fair, and parts were already on order to be fixed later in the day. Had a call at 3pm to advise the work was complete which was great for me. The lady on reception (the owner I believe) was very friendly, welcoming and professional. When we collected the vehicle she offered my son some sweets/biscuits out of a Christmas hamper on the reception desk which was a lovely touch. I work for a Fleet Maintenance Company myself authorising company car work with garages and liase with hundreds of garages and I must say the accomodating, prompt and good level of repairs was something I am very impressed by. Would wholeheartedly recommend.
I called them late morning to advise of a car repair that needed urgent attention. Not only did they go above and beyond to get my car in, but they also provided me with an alternative option to repair the car which saved me large sums of money. They are one of the best/honest garages in the area and I would 100% recommend to anyone needing car repairs or a service! Thank you all for your help, you've been amazing!
Genuinely the best customer service I've ever experienced! Having never had to bring my car to a garage before I was apprehensive that as a young woman I might be taken advantage of and overcharged, however Mel and the 2 other members of staff I encountered were all so friendly and welcoming. Took no time at all to quickly identify the issue with my car and get it fixed, and price was incredibly reasonable - especially with student discount on top. Couldn't recommend this garage more☺️
