As a woman I'm often hesitant to go to the mechanics as many have tried to take advantage in the past and tell me all the things that need changing (when they don't) to make some extra cash. This has never been the case with B&M Autocare. They are good at what they do and are honest with the service they provide. I come back yearly.
Female in a panic rac said a broken spring can be driven to a garage but they won’t tow it there. What do I do? Phoned my brother who recommended B&M. Gave them a call. So polite and helpful. Said yes can do bring it in. Took to garage expected to be without the car for days but no. Same day repaired. Price very reasonable. Great service thank you so much. Highly recommend!
I took my little silver Honda jazz in for a full service few days ago and I definately wasn't dissapointed with the service they provided! I've had a few issues in the past with mechanics charging allot money, not providing good quality work and even causing more problems to my car. This was tottally the opposite experiance where the guys completed the full service in good time, were very honest and professional in the quality service they provided and informed me throught the process of the whole job. They changed all the parts as quoted and gave me a full invoice with the parts changed, how much each part cost along with labour, vat etc and even asked to stamp the service book. The cost is a little higher but I think they are quite competitively priced compared to others in Enfield. Besides that everything has gone up in price with the cost of living etc etc and I'de rather get an honest and reliable service than get half a service which is unreliable! I can confidently say that my car is now noticably quiet, smooth and a pleasure to drive. I'll definately be visiting them again and taking my other cars there soon for a service. Thanks!
