From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the friendly staff who made me feel welcome. The service area was clean and organized, which always gives a good first impression. I appreciated the clear communication from the team about what the service would entail and how long it would take. The vehicle service itself was thorough. The technicians provided a detailed report on the health of my car and highlighted a few areas that might need attention in the future, without being pushy about unnecessary repairs. This transparency gave me confidence in their expertise and honesty. As for the MOT, the process was straightforward, and I was kept informed about the progress. The team worked efficiently, and I was pleased to learn that my vehicle passed without any major issues. One of the standout features of my experience was the option to use Bumpers for payment. We were extremely worried when we broke down with our van and had to be recovered. Advanced Vauxhall was the closest official Peugeot dealership that would take a LWB so my partner sent them a WhatsApp to check if it was possible to recover the van to their place and they instantly replied, gave us a quote for the inspection and told us that they would have a look at it the following day. On arrival, we were welcomed by Tian, who promptly gave us a quote for the suspected repairs required, and told us that would try to get it fixed by the weekend (as we were only staying in the area for 5 days). The next day he called us with the definitive quote and saying that would aim to have it ready for the following day, and that’s how it was. We were returned the van 2 days before we thought initially, and were charged less than what we were told initially as well, which is always welcomed with a big repair in a big vehicle coming from the official dealership. Very happy with the service provided and certainly recommend it.
Booked for my car's first service from new. Reasonable price, friendly welcome, and environment. My only complaint was that the day before I received a phone call to remind me of the appointment, and the caller said that the car would be washed and vacuumed before I collected it, but this didn't happen.
Excellent and very speedy service. The fault and repair was explained to me in detail which I really appreciated.
