Communications from the garage were polite and straightforward. I’d originally requested the pickup from 9.30 to 11, but when the garage phoned to confirm, they initially wanted it at 8.30. I was supposed to be informed as to which garage would be carrying out the work, but the update of the booking confirmation didn’t include that. The implication was that someone from Fixter would be doing the driving for the pickup and return, but it was someone from the garage. So will I use them next year? I’m not sure.
