Had a great experience with Fixter and the Garage that they sent me to. Kept me informed and updated on what was happening with my Jaguar XF. Although the price quoted to me was not relivent, due to off the shelf parts being no use for my vehicle. Therefore, had to get genuine Jaguar parts. The boys at PAK Motors Govan, went over and above great service to get me back on the road again. I have used PAK motors before and would highly recommend them. Moreover, would have no hesitation in using Fixter again.

Fixter Service
All arrangements were great. Our car was picked up and later dropped back as expected. The only concern is that the garage failed the MOT because of apparent windscreen washer not working, a surprise to me as I regularly use the washer and it always worked. They charged me £30 to rectify! I had no choice but to pay. However, the right hand washer has been misadjusted, and now it does not aim at the driver’s side of the windscreen! Very disappointing that they didn’t bother to check it. Is this a way for the garage to earn easy money?

The guy who came to pick up the car was…
The guy who came to pick up the car was very polite,professional and friendly. Being kept up to date was handy, even though £64 for wipers was a bit expensive the total amount wasn't bank breaking.
Getting the car picked up and dropped off was brilliant, especially as I find walking difficult, I was able to get on with my day without having to spend all the time at the garage.
Not only will I use Fixter again I will recommend it to everyone I know with a car!! 😉
