Was kept informed throughout the day and the car was returned, again, at the prearranged time. Can’t fault Fixter or the garage. (Last year I used servicingstop - was the worst experience I have ever dealt with regarding my car/MOT, so Fixter have absolutely restored my faith.)

Prompt response and efficient despatch on the day. I would have given five stars but for failure to notify me of delay in returning the car until asked.

I used Fixer for the first time. My car was picked up on time and I was kept informed about my vehicle throughout the MOT. The only thing I was a little concerned about was that I had no paperwork to say that my car had been picked up, although they did notify me that it had arrived safely. The car was returned on time later in the day. I was very satisfied with the whole process. Well done.
