Pick-up and delivery was fine ver pleasant man. There was some extra work carried which was fine I don’t give 5 sears because they failed to pump up my tires which I consider part of the service. The excuse was the didn’t have the equipment which now worries me as I would have thought that was an essential piece of equipment

Great service. Kept updates throughout the process from picking my car at home, fixing it for a couple of days, to dropping it to my work place. With the delay in repairs I got an Uber voucher from there which was thoughtful. I have 4 stars because it’s pricy, but it’s worth it if you don’t like stress! Thank you Fixter. I must admit I was sceptical to start with having come across this on a Google search. I paid £5 for collection and delivery. I can only describe this whole service as excellent. Communication was excellent and service was excellent. I can't recommend enough.

The guy who came to pick up the car was…

The guy who came to pick up the car was very polite,professional and friendly. Being kept up to date was handy, even though £64 for wipers was a bit expensive the total amount wasn't bank breaking. Getting the car picked up and dropped off was brilliant, especially as I find walking difficult, I was able to get on with my day without having to spend all the time at the garage. Not only will I use Fixter again I will recommend it to everyone I know with a car!! 😉
