Having the vehicle picked up and dropped off worked well as we only have the one vehicle and we both work full time. So getting it down to a garage and having to wait for it is difficult. The only slight issue was that the garage didn't collect our vehicle in the time slot specified, and hadn't notified us of the delay. However after speaking with a Fixter operator they got us an update and the vehicle was picked up within the hour.
